01.
How do we book Paul to take our wedding photos?
First, you need to check if Paul is available to photograph your wedding. You can do this online
here or by telephoning the studio. You can then arrange to meet Paul at his Glengormley studio to discuss your wedding and confirm the booking.
To confirm a booking, we need you to complete a booking form (download one here) and return it to the studio with a £200 deposit.

02. What happens if Paul is ill on
the day of our wedding?
Paul is a member of three professional bodies who, in times of trouble
or illness, will make sure the member's weddings are photographed
to a professional standard.

03. What happens if we want to cancel
our booking?
The first thing we require is a letter / email confirming that the
booking is to be cancelled. The £200 booking deposit is non-refundable.
Any monies paid over the £200 will be returned to the client
within 14 days of receiving the cancellation letter.

04. Can we change the date of our booking?
Yes, subject to availability. To transfer your booking we require
written confirmation and a non-refundable transfer fee of £50
to cover administration costs.

05. Who will be photographing my wedding?
Paul Crawford carries out all wedding photography. You will have his
utmost attention on your wedding day as he only photographs one wedding
per day. He is accompanied at every wedding by an assistant photographer whose role is to capture extra candid and casual photographs of your big day.

06.
How long before we see the pictures after the
wedding?
A selection of your photographs will be on-line within 48 hours of
Paul leaving the reception. Usually this is completed during the same
day. Your proof books will be ready to collect from the studio approx.
2 weeks after your wedding. You take this home with you to make the
final selection for your finished album and the album and any orders
are normally completed within 3 weeks of you returning the previews.

07. Can we have any Black and White
pictures?
Yes. Paul shots all wedding photographs with professional digital cameras and presents them for viewing in colour. After the wedding, we can
show you any pictures you might require as black and white during the album design
consultation. You can then make the decision
to have them printed black and white for your finished album. There
is no charge for this service.

08. What happens after we have booked
our photography
with Paul?
You will receive a confirmation letter / email within a few days of
making the booking. Then, approx. 4 weeks before your wedding, you
will receive a letter / email inviting you to meet with Paul in the
studio to discuss the finer details of your wedding and finalise times
and the type of photographs that you require, or more importantly,
the photographs you don't want!

09. What happens if the photographs
do not turn out?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your pictures,
we will move quickly and without fuss to put the situation right.
After each wedding, Paul returns to his in-house lab to check everything
is OK. If not, he can return to the wedding to complete the pictures.
That way, you are still in your wedding outfits and all your guests
are still there if they are required. Paul only uses the highest quality
equipment, which is regularly serviced and well maintained. He also
has full professional insurance, including public liability cover
and professional indemnity insurance.

10. Can I control who is able to see
my wedding
photographs online?
Yes. We offer a password protection system, which only allows those
with the necessary password to view, and purchase your pictures. If
a friend or member of your family comes across the site and does not
have the password, they can email you requesting permission and the
password.

11. Are there any hidden extras cost
wise?
NO. All prices are fully inclusive of photography, VAT at the current
rate, album and travel within Northern Ireland. A small cost is charged
for travel and expenses outside Northern Ireland and these can be
negotiated at time of booking. Paul has photographed weddings throughout
Ireland and has even photographed one in Wales!

12. Can our families or we buy extra
pictures from the
wedding?
Yes. We offer a full package of sizes finishes and frames for your
pictures, from small pictures for granny to large wall portraits for
your new home. You can order in person at the studio, over the telephone
or even on-line!
