1. All Photo shoots are by appointment only. Any cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Any no-shows will be charged a set rate of £50.00 payable within 14 days of the original allocated appointment.

2. Copyright of the images remains the sole property of Paul Crawford.

3. All final images are for the personal promotional use only (portfolios, model cards, websites etc) by both the model and photographer. Should any other use be made of the images an appropriate fee dependent on the usage must be mutually agreed in writing by both parties.

4. At the end of the shoot the images will be uploaded to our online viewing system. This can, if you wish, be password protected. You will be able to view your pictures from any computer with an Internet connection. From this gallery you will be able to select appropriate final prints. The gallery and contact sheets will be available for viewing within 72 hours of the shoot. Should you require immediate viewing of the images, a rush charge will be applied. Please ask for details.

5. In order to keep costs down, we do not supply clothes for the shoot. Please bring your own supply of clothes and beauty/grooming products. Should you require the services of a make-up artist, please enquire as one can usually be provided.

6. All bookings will be confirmed by post or email. Payment for shoots must be made on the day of the shoot and all orders for final images must be paid at time of ordering.

7. All listed prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and are subject to change if this rate alters.

8. Orders for final images are dealt with on a first come first served basis. Retouching and finishing the images to publication standards can take some time and it is best to allow 10 days from receipt of your order. If images are needed sooner, a surcharge will be applied. 9. Retouching of images is done to publication standard. Should the model have any specific requirements, these should be discussed in advance with Paul Crawford. Retouching by direction is possible, though a fee will be charged. Please ask for details.

10. Your images will remain on our online viewing system for no less than 3 months from the date of the shoot. This system is not intended to function as a personal website, merely as a method of choosing final prints. Images on the online viewing system are by default of a lower resolution and quality than final prints, as this enables the online albums to load and function quickly. All original image files are archived onto CD and kept on file indefinitely.
