Charity Bridal show at the Rosspark Hotel in memory of Billie-Jo Woods-Scott

In August 2008 Billie-Jo Woods-Scott was born in Antrim Area Hospital premature at 27 weeks weighing a mere 1lb 11oz.
Prior to her birth her parents had been made aware of several defects and complications with their baby during routine scans. After her birth she was transferred immediately to the Neonatal Unit at Belfast Royal Victoria hospital and after intensive scans it was discovered that Billie-Jo had several organs missing and had no chance of survival.
Billie-Jo had several operations to keep her alive but sadly lost her fight in April 2009, exactly 8 months old, at the PICU unit at the Royal Hospital for sick children, which was home to her for her very short life.
Her death hit the doctors and nurses almost as hard as that of her family, as she was known as their "little miracle". Her family, together with support from the staff at PICU are determined to keep Billie-Jo's name alive and have formed a charity in memory of her to help raise funds for specialist equipment for the unit at the hospital.
Billie-Jo's grandmother Myrtle runs a wedding stationery business has set up a Bridal Show at the Rosspark Hotel, Kells on Sunday 1st November 2009 from 2pm till 6pm. All wedding exhibitors are donating their exhibition fees to the charity and visitors to the event are charged £5 with ALL proceeds going to the charity.
I am delighted to be invited to exhibit and contribute to this worthwhile charity, and for each wedding I book at the event and for the entire month of November I will donate £50 of my fee to the charity.
Doagh Road, Kells, Ballymena, Sunday 1st November 2009 from 2pm till 6pm
